I only got Crackdown 2 yesterday and after 3 hours 15 minutes, I completed everything in the first island apart from getting all the orbs. That is the rooftop and driving races, all tactical locations, all missions to continue the story and the freak lairs all completed. My skills were all at level 3. I would imagine the only way to artificially lengthen Crackdown 2 is to collect all orbs because there is simply not enough content here on it's own.
I reckon within nights I will have completed the game with all skills maxed out which is very poor for an open game world.
